I’m just your average joe middle class income. I need some software that tells me what to invest in, how much to invest and checks to make sure my financial house is in order. Any recommendations?

I have read Millionaire Real Estate Investor and Investing in Fixer Uppers. Also, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and currently reading The Richest Man in Babylon. The Four Hour Work Week is next on the list. Any other suggestions?

After reading several personal finance books, I’ve decided I want to start putting away about $600 a month into index funds. Where do I start? If I need access to the money (down on a house, for example) how long until I can access it?

I want to improve my finances. I have some debt ( a little less than 1000). I have managed to almost completely clean and fix my credit history.

I have no student loans and any other type loans.However, I have savings, and no assets. I want to start investing and start learning about financial management and financial future. I also would like a book that will teach me about Real estate investment possibilities.

Any recommendations?

I’d like to know some title of books on Investing and Personal Finance. Especially on how to read p/e, peg, p/s , roe, roa etc…
I do have doubts otherwise it should be a waste of time asking for something to read. I doubt I’ll post this, too.
