Can my work see my internet/browser history on my personal computer if my work computer is on the same WIFI?

I have both a work computer and personal computer on the same wireless network in my home office. I am sure they can view my browser and internet actions on the work computer when on their VPN, but since my personal computer is on the same network; can they get into/see my browser history/log ins, on my personal computer? I have stock programs, financial software running, and surfing the internet (Fantasy Football sites)? Is there anything else I can do to protect my privacy? Or am I safe as long as I am on the personal computer?
Since they are on the same network, can they see any history or browsing trends by using the IP Address? etc.? Thanks for your answers thus far!
Anybody have recommendation for an affordable wireless router for home user with decent security features?

I read that WEP is not safe, as well as WPA-PSK. It’s costly to have WPA or WPA2 with RADIUS server for home user. VPN would be a good idea, but VPN client software is expensive for Netgear wireless router (the only affordable wireless router with VPN).
So, I don’t know what the decent options are for my under $100 budget. All I have in mind is something with:
- Dual active Firewall (NAT and SPI).
- Intrusion Detection (IDS).
- WPA and WPA2 (PSK type, I guess).
- Ability to disable SSID broadcast and DHCP server.
- Logging feature of clients that request connection.
- Access policy control (support VLAN).
If it’s possible I still want the VPN, but I’m just daydreaming probably. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
